Whole School Support
My ethos is rooted in system leadership as part of a collective drive to ensuring that all students experience an exceptional education. As an SLE and ELE, I have worked with schools in differing geographical areas with very different demographics and whole school priorities.
My experience as an EDI lead and my PhD specialism of equity and equality within education demonstrates my strong commitment to ensuring that my whole school support work is rooted in Inclusion and Belonging.
